  • Pretty much useless. I was looking for a book to get me started and apparently this isn't it. You can find all this info on the internet for free. It's great that recioes are included but all this book is a repeat of what a keto diet is and not how to actually do it. The book says to pay attention to your macros...how about teaching someone how many they are suppose to consume. It's great the author had success in this lifestyle but the book is just a testimonial, the principles of a keto diet, tips and recipes. There is no helpful info on figuring out your daily macros and getting started.
  • Not a bad book. I was looking to gain more info on keto. This gives the basics. It has lots of recipes I won't make. I could've found most of this info online... But it was cheap so whatever. I read it once.... And than just referred to support groups on fb and such since. I found those to be more useful.
  • Recipes are incomplete, shopping lists are missing several items. What a waste of time (meal prepping,) money (cost of ingredients and recipes don't turn out.) Buyer beware.
  • Seriously, donĂ¢€™t bother with this book. It looks like some child in high school had to do a report on the Keto diet and they probably got a D on it. It gives you no information but pages of simple and I mean simple in a bad way, recipes. The print is so big that what could have been said on two pages they stretch out to 20.
    I find this book very amateurish.
  • This book is just what I needed to begin my journey to a healthier eating lifestyle as well as a journey of weight loss. It was an easy read. Straight to the point with the best things to do and not do in accordance to the ketogenic lifestyle. Lays out the first 3 weeks plain and simple starting with a weekly shopping list that leads into easy to follow recipes to keep you on track for the first 3 weeks of this healthy journey.

  • Simple and easy to understand and follow the ketogenic diet. Good book to have around if you into fitness.
